wscons and serial console

Hi,

Does anyone have any ideas about why I can't get wscons working at the
same time I have a serial console running?

My kernel has options SERCONSOLE; /etc/ttys has console on, ttye0 off, and
ttyE0 through ttyE3 on, and tty00 off.

wscons worked perfectly before I started using the serial console.

Ideas?
