Same here. I tried the files at

  ftp://releng.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-daily/200206020200/amiga/

The system (A3000, 68060, CV64) boots the miniroot, the kernel is loaded
and after 

  Loading from 0CD3E5EC to Fastmem 080000

the screen turns grey and no more activity.

I will try my last working kernel (I think from 2002-05-04) and see what
happens.
