Squirrel SCSI PCMCIA interface..

hi..may i address small question.

today i aquirred a second hand Squirrel SCSI interface
having a PCMCIA form factor, cost, about Euro 2.-

but .. it's a plastic to high to fit in f.i. Dell latitude
nor fits a Compaq Contura 420C (44Mhz), them both being
2 times PCMCIA I (or II).

now my question is ..is it possible without breaking
to remove upper plastic part so it fits bay??

anyone allready did? or manufactured?

i'm totally not regular at port-amiga.
(don't have workable amiga yet)
