I will file a PR, the problem seems definitely NetBSD related.

The SCSIPrefs tool under AmigaOS (probably from Aminet - it's not standard)
gave me two warnings that both the shared UNIX/AmigaDOS and the AmigaDOS
part of the battery backed-up clock had suffered 'Amnesia'. I fixed it,
booted into AmigaOS several times (warm reboot and switching the machine
off/on), and it seemed to be fine. Booted into NetBSD afirst time, which
was fine. shutdown and booted into NetBSD again, and the warning was back.
