Re: pcmcia ethernet (D-Link DE-660+)

Certainly, but my problem is that I have no idea what chipset is used in
this TrendNet card. D-Link is a manufacturer, but they change the default
locations of certain registers enough that a new driver is needed.

TrendNet says their card is Linux compatible, has a misleading download
area on their site with a link for Linux drivers, but this happens to be a
.exe file (!) which just displays text about how to set up Card Services.

I got no information when I asked what chipset they're using, so I will
use a friend's Linux laptop to see.

Thanks for the patches. Now I'll know where to look.

This isn't too hard to fix. It's something I absolutely have to do, since
my A1200 is inside of a 1U case that will be colocated.

You can do it with a PNP transistor, a 10k resistor, and a 22k resistor:

Thanks,
