That's ACTIVATE=1. However this one doesn't work with BFFS (for some
reason ?!). C:Info is required to make the icon appear on the
Workbench, w/ or w/o ACTIVATE=1.

Does the icon show up on your Workbench right away?
(w/o saying C:Info)
