Null modem PPP

Hello!

I'm trying to setup a PPP connection from my NetBSD Amiga.

Is there any special setting when connecting to a windows PPP server (the 
connection works under
Miami Deluxe)?

Also, is there anything different when you use a null modem? Any special 
setting?
