.xinitrc doesn't exist

Hello!

Like I said earlier, I installed a full NetBSD on my 3000. I can startx and 
everything works fine.

I just installed my favorite window manager, blackbox, using the appropriate 
package.

When I try to start it (blackbox), I get:
"BaseDisplay::BaseDisplay: connection to X server failed."

I tried looking for .xinitrc and there is none on my system. I don't really 
know what to do
next to have blackbox working.

Can you help me?
