A first try to create the reconstructed gvp lpt/com stuff is at

ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/amiga/misc/1.5+gvpio/

You'll find a source diff file (apply while in /sys/arch/amiga/) as well as
a kernel; both otherwise 1.5ish.
