port-amiga: booting via bootblock != loadbsd

When I boot NetBSD via the bootblock, NetBSD starts up properly,
however when I boot with loadbsd (even with the same parameters) ...

    loadbsd -ASn2 netbsd

... I get the prompt to enter the shell ...

Why is this?
