BFFS doesn't mount

I can't configure BFFS 1.5 beta to read my root partition.
Here the Mountlist:

HDToolBox says 2864 Blocks per Track. It also says the the low/high
cylinder is 2/145 and that the heads are 1. The device is the
scsi.device and the SCSI ID is 6. The Identifier in the HDToolBox is
0x4e425207.

What can be wrong here?
