FTP mirror in France is locked

Hi !

I'm trying to download NetBSD-1.4.2 from ftp.fr.netbsd.org. When accessing to
the i386 or amiga directory, I've got an "access denied" response.
The original FTP site (ftp.netbsd.org) is OK.

PS: How to report a problem on FTP sites or mirrors ?
