Still pppd problems

Hello!

I checked making pppd conection without auth (that is with noauth) - and
still no change. The result of log after enabling daemon.debug in syslog
attache below:

my configuration ppp files are in earlier mail. I tried also with nobsdcomp
option (as is in conf. script). No result...

What can I do next to establish ppp conection?
