dostype, disklabel, and linux partitions

I have installed NetBSD on my Amiga.
I have Linux installed on another drive.
How do I make NetBSD see the ext2fs partitions?
I tried mounting them directly but I think
that becuase the dostype field is set incorectly,
NetBSD won't let mount continue.  How do I fix
this without distroying data on my linux disk?
