Michael Hitch kindly offered to (try to) build the 1.4.1 release if it 
happens during that fortnight, so if all goes well, it won't be overly
delayed.

As for bug reports: Please search for them in the bug database,
discuss them on the list if not found, add them to the database
using send-pr or the web interface if they survive discussion, as
always. You don't need me for that, right?
