X crash in 1.4

OK, I finally upgraded to the new NetBSD 1.4, and however the X server
segfaults and dumps core on me when I try to start it.  Has this
happened to others as well?  Any suggestions?
(system:  A3000 w/16MB FAST, A3640 rev 3.1, Spectrum gfx card)
