Heads up: defopted a couple of console-related options

Whoever is using NetBSD-current:

I just committed a couple of changes which make all that GRF_XXX and
YYYCONSOLE options defopt'ed, that is, using opt_xxx.h files instead of
-Dxxx on the commandline.

Besides making kernel build output better readable, it also ensures that
dependent files are rebuilt whenever such an option changes.

Once you have the changed sources , you need to do a new "config" of
your kernel sources, then make depend before make.
