Adam Ciarcinski has sent in some changes to make the AGA display use
VGAonly timing. This is controlled by the GRF_AGA_VGA option which I've made
on by default in GENERIC and AMIGA configurations (rm grfabs_cc.o before
rebuilding).

A1200/A4000 owners: please test this. We should be able to trust A.C. wrt. 
his monitor, but we want to make sure it doesn't break others. I can't test
myself.
