NetBSD includes everything you need for (dial-up) ppp connection. As
far as I know there is no fancy Miami-like interface, but the full
functionality is there. Be sure your kernel includes ppp support (the
generic installation kernel should be fine) and read the pppd(8) man
page.

It includes an "EXAMPLES" section that gives many useful hints as to
how to set up everything for dial-up PPP connections.
