fast ssh on 68060

Hello,

I've committed changes to the ssh package to make it faster for the 68060.
If you have such a machine, get the next version of the package sources,
set M68060=YES in your /etc/mk.conf, and compile ssh from sources.
Speedup: about 6... most impressive (about 11sec/more than a minute) for the
sshd startup, but visible also for ssh connection startup.
