No no, the _NetBSD_ pkgsrc distribution. I thought you were familiar
with it.

ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/packages/pkgsrc.tar.gz

(pkgsrc is a directory, but asking the server for pkgsrc.tar.gz it
will automatically pack it into one archive file.)
