Pkg sources we are allowed to mirror are keeped in

ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/packages/distfiles/*

For others you need to get online and type `make fetch` int the
according pkg directory.

You can also create a list of distfiles you are missing via
`make fetch-list` from pkgsrc.
