I think that the best way is to share 1 partition with BFFS between AmigaOS
and NetBSD. I use my /opt partition under NetBSD and mount it using bffs1.5beta
under AmigaOS. 
But don't use version 1.3.

NetBSD only uses partitions with dostype DOSx, muFS, NBUx, NBRx and UNI2
You should use one of these dostypes in order to be able to use under
NetBSD.
