PC Keyboard handler

Has anyone tried writing a PC keyboard handler for port-amiga?

Since electrically, the pinouts of the keyboards are the same, the
principal difference would appear to be the scan codes that they keyboard
reports.

This feels like it should be able to be modularised so that we can plug a
PC keyboard directly in and use it at the console.

If noone else is working on it, I might have a bash at it.
