Merlin 2MB grfmodes

Hi

I'm a newcomer to NetBSD.
Finally I managed to install NetBSD. Some days ago I also succeeded in
starting server X on my A4000 equipped with a Merlin 2MB gfx board. I did it
modifying the file /etc/grfmodes that a found for a CyberVision 3D board and
now I can have the server X on a 1024 X 768 X 8 video mode.
The problem is:

  Can this grfmodes I obtained cause any damage to the monitor or the Merlin ?
  Can anyone send me a grfmodes file (or tell me the coords to find) suitable
  right for my gfx board.
