I am not sure about this one. You might try to remove it.

This means, you have a local subnet with 64 IP adresses. Do you?
I doubt, and therefore either remove the line or set the 192 to 0.
(OK, the ISP might have a 64 subnet on his side, which I doubt as well)

Can you successfully ping both IP-numbers?
Can you successfully "traceroute -n 194.185.24.90" ?
What does "ifconfig ppp0" tell you?
What does "traceroute -n 194.185.4.54" (Thats a major router of your ISP)
tell you?
