That is in fact the problem that (a) this program seems to be _only_
in Regensburg and (b) it produces output that needs to be altered
manually for the current (i. e not -current, but 1.3(.x)) version of
grfconfig.

The comment lines in the output and the grfconfig manpage should make
that not all too hard, though.
