Uhm, there have been serious attemts to run NetBSD/i386 under a MacOS/PPC 
Intel simulator. NetBSD/Amiga under UAE on a highend-Intel-Box would have the
same order of performance, I guess.... 
... IF UAE simulates the MMU of the 68k CPU!
