Hi,

First of all, you should compile amiwm using packages system (cd to
/usr/pkgsrc/x11/amiwm and 'make install').  Then you should change
window manager in /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/xinit/xinitrc.  Just replace
'twm' with 'amiwm'.  Now it should work.
