"suitable" meaning an Amiga with a HD floppy disk drive. A good idea
nevertheless, please upload the disk image to an ftp site if you succeed.

Can loadbsd boot a gzip'd kernel? Or the Amiga NetBSD (floppy) bootblock?

in that case a DD floppy might work.
