Certainly never ever with a '

No language appends the plural -s with an apostrophe. Not French, not
German, not even English.

UNICES is nice and similar to index - indices, appendix - appendices.

The word UNIX may be used to describe UNIX-like operating systems, even
if they are not made by AT&T.
