This is a know problem in NetBSD 1.3.1, your controller is not defect.
A few changes in the platform independent ncr chipset driver (where the BZIV
SCSI FAS216 is a derivate from) specific to the sparc port has broken
some things on the Amiga. stick with 1.3 for now, or fetch the 1.3
ncr sources if you want to run 1.3.1.
And yes, there is being worked on :)
