Subject: Dial-in Modem Support

I am having trouble with dial in modems.

Basically when I try to dial in I don't even get a login prompt.
When I do a 'ps ax', getty is already gone and login says 'login -p --
ZZZZZDSDFD' - basically lots of garbage.
If I change the tty to ttyA1 then getty doesn't seem to wait, so it looks
like ttyAm1 is the way to go, I think.

Could someone send me their gettytab, ttys files?
And any other relevant files?
Also, modem settings?
Does the 'sp' setting in gettytab reflect the DTE speed (comp to modem) =
or
the DCE (modem to other modem) speed?
If it is the DTE, then it should be constant? ie. 'nx' should not be
necessary, right? (and du57600 without 'nx' would be all I need).

I have mine set to autoanswer like this:

OK AT&Q4	- DTR usage as normal
OK AT&D0	- enable autoanswer
OK ATS0=3D3A	- pick up after 3 rings
OK ATS95=3D47	- extended info
OK ATQ1 - no result codes back
