I got exactly the same problem here.
config:
A3000 (2MB chip, 4MB Fast), CybPPC60/50&604/180 (with 40 MB)
Retina Z3, Ariadne, GVP-SeriesII (8MB and Guru-ROM)

Until now, i thaught, it might be a problem with my HD/guru-rom,
but I'll try with another mem-config now.
