Subject: order of set installation

I'd like to install NetBSD 1.3 to my JAZ drive (firmware J^77). I have
an Amiga 3000, no acc. card, CyberVision 64 and 16 MB FastRAM.

The partitioning was no problem so far.
The initial installation also worked fine. However when I install
"base.tgz", I get the following error after the last file which was
installed:

----- cut here -----
...
./var/yp/binding
First bad
/mnt: bad dir ino 63360 at offset 0: mangled entry
panic: bad dir
stopped at 0xf1bd4. unlk a6
db> _
----- cut here -----

Why is this?

The weird thing about this is, when I install the rest of the 6 *.tgz
files first, base.tgz doesn't report this error. Is the order, in
which the ...

base.tgz
comp.tgz
etc.tgz
games.tgz
man.tgz
misc.tgz
text.tgz

... files important?

TIA
