Hello,
thanks for the answers. But loadbsd -aA netbsd comes up with the wrong
screenmode . My good old Monitor can not display that. ( must be NTSC / PAL 
Highres ( Interlace))

A1200, 12030/50 32MB Fast Netbsd 1.2.1 Generic X6.1 and the good old C=
Monitor from 1989 .
