By proper deduction while reading the mentioned paragraph you would have
understood that for precompiled binaries you are out of luck.

I never did. Don't slander me. Better learn to ask questions which can be
answered in one step: "Where can I find rgb.txt?" You asked "How can I
generate (or compile) rgb.txt?" - which is undoubtful a meta-question when
the real question was another. You are behaving like child which got
answers and is not happy about the truth it was told.
Concerning my "indirections": How about understanding that they were
purposefully done? Writing you the sources and pointers where to find
the information requested, you have to act yourself to acchieve your goal
and actually learn quite a lot more, ie. about side-effects.
Telling you "rgb.txt can be find in..." wouldn't have helped you a lot
understanding where the file actually is generated. And then again your
questions wasnt asking about the "where" but the "how to".
