In the latest official release (1.2.1, a bugfix release to 1.2), there is
no PicassoIV-support. If you have the kernel sources and are willing to
compile your own kernel, you can get a patch set from ftp.uni-regensburg.de
directory pub/NetBSD-Amiga/experimental (I think). Follow the instructions
in the assossicated readme files.

Text console mode: using the loadkmap program. E.g., loadkmap
/usr/share/keymaps/amiga/din.map.

For X11: read the x11 docs on xmodmap or xkb.
