How to submit changes

Hi !

I have a french keyboard to submit for integration in the distribution.
I want someone to look at my files (only 3) to correct spelling of
my english ;-) and maybe correct some errors (headers, version num.).
You also need to modify Makefile in the upper level to include the
new directory.

Well, it's not to hard.
