Can someone play this ball to netbsd-user or tech-kern ?

NetBSD would benefit from this a great deal. for instance, a java port
to NetBSD platforms would be speed up, and will not suffer from e.g.
differences in assembler syntax!

NetBSD would also take a leading step in free unices, if java was available
as a standard tool, for instance. kaffe is currently distributed under the
BSD license, so that should not be a problem :)
