Amiga audio device, was Re: Audio11 failed

Hi!!

At last, I got my new audio device to play mulaw and linear samples
yesterday.
After cleaning up the sources and a little bit more of testing, 
I will upload the diffs to ftp.uni-regensburg.de sometime
next week, if anybody is interested.

The audio device is sun compatible (audio(4)). At the moment the
playback quality is a little bit poor, but that may be the case
with every audio(4) driver IMHO.
