  If it's a bug, I'm not sure what the solution would be.  The default
display is 640x400, which I think is not valid for a PAL display.

  If you want a PAL-only configuration, you will have to change the default
console resolution (in ite_cc.c) to a valid PAL supported resolution
(640x512).
