It's simply a fact that a P90 is twice as fast as a 68060 running at 50MHz.
You can easily verify this results with AmigaOS.

The only useful thing I can imagine is using "LSTOP" instead of "STOP".
And that should easily be possible.

I doubt that you will reach more than maybe 5% speed increase.
