Vapor has just made a UnTGZ command fast and efficient, Amiga style
compliant. (ftp.vapor.com)

The GNU version of tar from ADE that I own doesn't handle the "tar
zxvf" command line. It says "can't open a pipe:" (Yes PIPE: is mounted
:-)
