Key repeat, Re: problem with CAPS-LOCK (NetBSD1.2/X11R6.1)

I have noticed the same problem so it is not specific to your
system.

Do the -ar1 and -ar2 flags work for anyone else?  These are supposed
to allow a key repeat delay and interval to be selected for X.
When I set them to 300 and 300 key repeat is turned off completely.
I have tried a number of other values as well without luck.
