tuning NFS on an A2065

I've just picked up a A2065 for my A3000 and being delighted in finally
having my amiga on the network, set out to install a bit more stuff over
NFS...

only I find it seems to drop a log of fragments/packets.

Can someone recommend some values to mount file systems over NFS with ?
