The Taylor uucp that is shipped in NetBSD expects it's config
files to be in /etc/uucp. If you get yourself the uucp manual
(prep.ai.mit.edu/pub/gnu/uucp-doc*), you should be able to quickly
figure out the configuration. Binaries are in /usr/libexec/uucp.
