Re: can't use loadbsd
Date: Sat, 12 Oct 1996 01:37:40 +0000
From: Michel Beausejour <mbeausej%qc.bell.ca@localhost>
I've downloaded the binary files the kernel and the loadbsd2.14
When i launch the command loadbsd -b netbsd
it print something about using 16 megs and afterwards an error
"Can't copy downwards yet. "
Err... thanks for the bug report (The bug is the word "downwards", it
should read "upwards". ;-)
Until the real problem is solved, (I didn't fix it because I thought
it would never show up) I suggest that you boot with the "-p" or the
"-Z" switch in addition to "-b". (If -p doesn't work, -Z should work
for sure)
And please send me your "showconfig" output.

Ignatios Souvatzis
