I just downloaded Xcl16 from the ftp site, but it doesn't work at all for
me.  I have made a link from /usr/local -> /usr/tmplocal, and when I try
and start the server, I get:

--------
main!
changing kbd translation for fd -1
Setting keyboard direct mode: Bad file descriptor

Fatal server error:
Can't set keyboard translation

changing kbd translation for fd -1
--------

and the server crashes out.

Any other help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Phil.
