slow clock on DELL Latitude 5501

Hi,

I tried NetBSD-8.1_Stable on a Dell Latitude 5501 with
8.1 kernel/modules and with 9.99.46 kernel/modules.

The clock is off by a factor of about 3 to 5.

I've tried all settings of kern.timecounter.hardware (see below).

Any idea?

localhost# sysctl kern.timecounter
kern.timecounter.choice = TSC(q=3000, f=10427265820 Hz)
	clockinterrupt(q=0, f=100 Hz)
	hpet0(q=2000, f=24000000 Hz)
	ACPI-Fast(q=1000, f=3579545 Hz)
	lapic(q=-100, f=100310473 Hz)
	i8254(q=100, f=1193182 Hz)
	dummy(q=-1000000, f=1000000 Hz)
kern.timecounter.hardware = TSC
kern.timecounter.timestepwarnings = 0
